Revisiting GLP-1s

A newsletter reader told me the other day she likes when I share weight loss stuff. I’ve heard that from a few people, so I’ll share some thoughts here:

Have you ever thought of taking a GLP-1?

Was talking to someone the other day...

Down 10 pounds in the first month.
"I never have an appetite", she says.

Needed to lose weight?
Yes.

Losing the right weight?
No way.

I'm not a doctor...
But if you're not eating, you're not going to have energy.
If you don't have energy, you're not going to train.
If you're not training, you're going to lose muscle.

And if you're not fixing lifestyle stuff while you're on the GLP-1, what happens when you get off it?
