Good evening, 66.1ers.

Food for thought:

I’ve seen too many clients fall victim to either/or thinking.

“Sacrificing” health for work.
Sleep for work.
Family time for work.

But if you sacrifice all these things so you can earn some money, you’re left with…

A lonely life.
And a handful of chronic diseases.

It’s time for a reframe: if it’s important, why stop?

Can you do push-ups for 5 minutes between meetings?
If you’re just listening to the meeting, can you turn off your camera, connect your AirPods, and go for a walk?

Or family time…

Do you really need to work late instead of going to little Johnny’s baseball game?

Or could you get up early tomorrow and work instead?

Think about it.

A question for you:

Last week, I shared that 55% of Americans want to lose weight.
That’s 672 readers of 66.1.
This one’s for you all…

Why do you want to lose weight?

Recommendation of the week

60-second workouts

My friend Michael built an app to solve the problem of desk workers who aren’t active. With his 60-second workout app, you don’t have to disrupt your day to go to the gym. You just open the app and do the 1-minute workout that’s waiting for you.

Check it out here:

That’s all for this Wednesday.
See you on Saturday.
Have fun out there.

Marcus
