Food for thought:
I was talking with a client yesterday. We’ve been working together in “maintenance mode” on a bi-monthly basis for the past 3 months after completing a 3 month intensive to kick off the year. And we’ll be meeting frequently for the next few weeks.
Not because it was the plan. But because that’s what life suggested we do. Multiple family emergencies struck at the same time. Work is busier. And the kids are home for the summer. Naturally, these all disrupted her exercise routine (though she kept her clean diet on track for both her and her family!).

Progress often looks like this when building your health
So we’re going to make some adjustments. Integrate the training time with the time she spends with her kids at the pool. That way, it’s not self-care or being there for her family. It’s both. At the same time.
So she can be the most present, healthy, and energetic mother possible.

When life strikes and you have kids’ baseball games, a busy work schedule, and a family emergency, how will you hold the line on your health and fitness?
Do you know what to eat without tracking macros and weighing food? Do you have an exercise routine that can be executed anytime, anywhere?
How did you do it? 🧠
All these questions about building sustainable health.
Surely, some of you have made some headway on this topic.
