Public enemy #1, becoming one person, 66.1 live?

Build your health, reclaim your freedom (Issue #135)

Read time: 3 minutes

Good afternoon, 66.1ers.

Make sure marcus@66point1 and [email protected] are in your address book so you don’t miss our newsletters now that we’ve made the shift.

Food for thought:

Seed oils have been public enemy #1 lately.
Raises the question…

Why are they so bad?

There’s a lot of information out there about what they do to your body.
But I always like to approach these questions from a common sense perspective.

Below is an image from Penn State.

On the right is how any oil that says “cold pressed” is processed.

It’s a seed, it gets squished, you get oil.

On the left is how canola oil and others are processed.

High heat.
Chemical extractions.

Why is there even a conversation about which option is healthy for you?

A question for you:

Are you one person?

Or are you a different person at work versus at home?

Different around people you’re trying to impress.
A challenge, certainly.

But nowhere near impossible.

How would your life look different if you weren’t so worried about maintaining a masquerade?

Who would you grow closer with?
Who might you distance yourself from?

What’s one thing you can do today to become “one person”?

Something new…

You don’t need more workouts of the week.
We’ve got a bunch of those banked.

So we’re saving this section for relevant surveys and announcements.
We’re working on how to make 66.1 more valuable to you, our reader.

With that in mind, we’ve got a question:

Are you interested in a Zoom meetup with other 66.1 readers?

Login or Subscribe to participate in polls.

More to come on this idea…

That’s all for this Wednesday.
See you on Saturday.
Have fun out there.
