Obese to overweight, what's your goal, are you carrying out your purpose?

Read time: 3 minutes

Good evening, 66.1ers.

Lots of people losing weight lately.
It’s exciting stuff.

BMI!

“Had my annual physical yesterday. Learned I went from ‘obese’ BMI to ‘overweight’ BMI this year.” Client call I had today. She’s down 30 pounds. A mom of 3. Wife. Her own parents (her kids’ grandparents) have a bunch of chronic diseases. Can’t enjoy time with their grandkids. Their grandkids can’t enjoy time with them. She doesn’t want to be them. So she and her husband turned it around this year. And she increased her life expectancy by 5 years in the process.

Curious what you can accomplish? Want to set the example for your family? Answer the question below. Think on how your life would be different if you hit this goal. Who would notice first? What would your spouse say? How would they look at you? What would your kids say? What would your leading by example mean for their health?

Recommendation of the week:

Are you doing what you were put here to do? Or are you doing something else, fitting yourself into a box that isn’t quite your shape? How is it showing up in your daily life? What will you do to change it? Click the photo for a kick in the pants.

That’s all for this Wednesday.
See you on Saturday.
Have fun out there.
