Does Weight Watchers actually work?
Read time: 3 minutes
Good afternoon, 66.1ers.
Make sure marcus@66point1 and [email protected] are in your address book so you don’t miss our newsletters now that we’ve made the shift.
Food for thought:
I was talking with a prospective client earlier this week. Wants to lose weight. She’s done it before via Weight Watchers. But now she’s asking my advice on how to do it again. Weight Watchers, unfortunately, tends to cause people to watch their weight go down and back up. Not what we want.
Unfortunately this story isn’t unique.
Did you know that, on average, 80% of weight lost through an intervention like Weight Watchers is regained after 5 years?
A question for you:
Which cooking fat do you use at home? |
Parting thoughts
We’ve been cranking out the newsletters.
66.1 just passed its 2 year anniversary.
Closing in on 150 issues published.
It’s high time we ask…
What do you want to learn more about in future 66.1 newsletters?
Building habits, losing weight, balancing fitness and life, something else?
Reply here and let us know!
That’s all for this Wednesday.
See you on Saturday.
Have fun out there.
Marcus
