Food for thought:
I had a prospective client ask for clarification around the 150 year rule recently. Do brats work? How about sandwiches? So on and so forth. Did Johnsonville brats with weird fake ingredients exist 150 years ago? No. Bad. Buy the expensive brats without weird fillers.
But this game of “did it exist” isn’t very fun. Here’s a simpler approach: merge the 150 year rule with the 80/20 rule. That means 80% of the time you’re eating meals you know follow the 150 year rule. If it’s a question mark, it’s a no go. But we’re not here to create unhealthy food habits. So go ahead and enjoy your 20% of question mark days.

A question for you:
What could you do in an hour a day?
Have a big work project that needs to stay on track while you’re on vacation? Might an hour a day before everyone goes to bed or after they wake up be enough to keep things moving?
How about your health?
Can you prep healthy food and get through a training session in an hour a day?
Certainly, this isn’t Plan A if you’re trying to move the needle on something important.
But if you need to maintain progress in the face of competing priorities?
It might be your answer.
